Balewrap Monitor Details

  • OVERVIEW

  • The Fenlectron Balewrap Monitor 7910 is the result of many years of continuous development. The technology used has been fully tested, with a large number of units in service in varied climatic conditions throughout the world.

  • ROBUST CASE

  • The Monitor is fitted in a robust weatherproof case approximately 160 mm high, 80 mm wide & 90 mm deep (6.3" x 3" x 3.5"). This is sealed against water ingress at the top but has an opening at the bottom to allow the internal bleeper to be clearly heard.

  • EASILY FITTED

  • The Balewrap monitor needs only two connections before being operational. It is connected to the tractor's 12 volt power supply with the plug supplied. This plug fits into the DIN standard socket fitted to most modern tractors. The only other connection needed is to the rotation sensor provided in the kit.

  • ROTATION SENSOR

  • The Fenlectron rotation sensor is a heavy duty sealed unit which has proved robust & reliable in many different situations & applications in many different countries. It is completely unaffected by mud & water. The sensor is easily fitted, with the clamp & bracket provided, in the position recommended by the wrapper manufacturer. The operating magnet is also supplied with the kit.

  • EASY TO USE

  • The Balewrap Monitor is very easy to use. The number of wraps required are set in the left hand half of the display by the use of just one button. In operation the wrap count accumulates in the right hand half of the display. A warning bleeper sounds two turns before completion of the preset count. The display is backlit for night time viewing.

  • ADJUSTABLE BLEEPER

  • The monitor is fitted with a bleeper which is adjustable in volume, from very loud for external use, to very quiet, for use in a quiet cab.

  • BALE COUNTS

  • The monitor has two bale counts. One can be reset from the front panel, the other is continuous. Both bale counts & the preset wrap count are held in the unit's memory even when disconnected from the tractor's power supply.

  • EXPERIENCE

  • Fenlectron have been manufacturing Balewrap Monitors & Control units since 1989. There are many thousands of Fenlectron manufactured units in use worldwide, from Iceland to Australia.
